Canine Consultants & Learning Academy was established in 2004. My name is Muriel Tingley and I have had dogs for most of my life. I presently own and breed and compete with Belgian Tervuren. I have over 35 years of experience in the dog field and have competed on many levels. I took a Training Course along with Behavior Modification in 2004 and graduated with a 99.8%. The course was both written and practical training.
